Since buying his first investment property at the age of 16...and a multifamily property a few years later, Brian has been engaged in investment real estate. Before he was 30, he brokered 150+ REO transactions, purchased 23 investment properties in 9 different cities, and created unique management systems that maximized the value and cash flow for each of his properties. In the decade to follow Brian was involved in over $7B in commercial real estate transactions of every product type. Having been involved in hundreds of commercial real estate transactions throughout the U.S., Brian understands the intricacies of how to get a deal done and to ensure everyone is smiling when the transaction has closed. Brian earned a Bachelors in Business Administration with a minor in Finance and a focus on real estate and entrepreneurship. He also earned a Master’s of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver, obtaining the highest GPA of his graduating class.
