Cathy Reinard, National Director RV Park Resale & Franchise Specialist

Cathy has sold many independently owned parks nationwide, and she is the designated Realtor for the Own a KOA resale program. She has also owned several different RV parks over the years and has been a part of the Yogi and the KOA franchises as an owner. Currently, she owns the 300-site Catskill Mountains Gilboa KOA in New York, with her daughter Christine Taylor, Esq, as a semi-absentee owner.  She has been involved in our industry since the 90's.

Cathy gives extensively of her time mentoring new owners and presenting at numerous industry conferences on various marketing and operational topics. She has her BS in Industrial Management and her MBA in Marketing. She is currently a board member of OHI (Outdoor Hospitality Industry) and a board member for the KOA Owners Association.

Tim Dougan, President

Tim Dougan joined MHP in March 2022, and has played a key role in expanding the firm's presence in the outdoor hospitality sector. He now oversees all RV park and campground transactions across the country.

Before entering the brokerage world, Tim spent five years in philanthropy, raising major gifts for the Dr. Susan Love Foundation for Breast Cancer Research and the University of Colorado Boulder. His background in nonprofit development and relationship management has translated seamlessly into commercial real estate, where he brings a thoughtful, client-first approach.

Tim is based in Washington, DC. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active through competitive sports and spending quality time with family and friends. He holds a B.S. in Exercise Science and French from Bridgewater College in Virginia and an M.S. in Organizational Management from the University of Colorado Denver.
